Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to donations made to Prakrtirevasaranam Foundation through our secure online payment gateway.

1. No cancellations or refunds: Once a donation is successfully processed on our website, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Donations are final: Donations cannot be converted back into cash or refunded after payment is completed. Please verify payment amount and details before confirming a donation.
3. Fraud exception only: Refunds will only be considered if a transaction is confirmed as fraudulent by our authorized payment gateway provider, following their processes and timelines.

If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, please contact us immediately at info@prakrtirevasaranam.org so we can coordinate with the payment gateway provider.

Note: This policy applies only to online donations. Offline donations (cheque, bank transfer, in-person) may have different terms.
